These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the proxy services provided by OutboundGateway ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
OutboundGateway provides a static outbound proxy with an EU-based IP address. The Service allows you to route outbound traffic through our servers to use a stable IP address.
We do not inspect or store the contents of your traffic.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Activities prohibited by EU or international law
- Sending spam, abusive, or unsolicited requests
- Attacking, probing, or attempting unauthorized access to systems
- Any use that disrupts or degrades the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payments and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
5. Availability and Disclaimer
We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or performance.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages, including indirect or consequential losses, resulting from use of the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes
You may terminate your account at any time.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence in the EU.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
